Sarah is a keen and enthusiastic teacher and has a variety of experience in leading workshops, classroom teaching and individual tuition.

Sarah has developed skills through working with a variety of groups of people. Teaching English to foreign students on summer camps with Project International in the UK and Associazione Culturale Linguistica Educationale (ACLE) in Italy, has given Sarah an understanding of different cultures and how to engage groups with mixed languages and ages. Even without extensive or formal training Sarah has proved herself to be a natural teacher and has the ability to enthuse her students in whatever she is teaching. After a promotion to Director of Studies for a Project International Summer Camp in 2013, Sarah used her experience, to train other teachers in this line of work, fulfilling her responsibility for the English programme and for the training of the teachers.

"Sarah demonstrates a fantastic balance between being professional but also engaging with the children in a fun and enjoyable manner."

Sarah has also worked as a support worker in a local college in Cardiff, supporting students of mixed disabilities in classroom situations. She has furthered her involvement with this kind of work by providing workshops and concerts in mainstream schools, special schools and care homes on behalf of the charity 'Live Music Now'.

Sarah has provided workshops as part of CHANT Productions, which integrates sport and singing, to give children the opportunity to perform at international events. She has developed versatility in her workshop delivery and further improved her ability to assess a group of people to be able to tailor a workshop to meet their needs. Her enthusiasm and love of singing as well as teaching ability, makes for an engaging workshop.

Sarah has worked for Yorkshire Youth Music Service and is a registered singing tutor on the First Tutors website. Sarah has also taught in Urmston Grammar School and Bradshaw Hall Primary School providing one-to-one singing and piano lessons.
